Flexion, extension, opposition, and supination exercises can be performed using a hand web. Resistance may be modified by adjusting the hand position, depth of finger insertion, or by moving to a different resistance (color) web. Hand webs are available in the standard 14” diameter and a small 7” diameter. A non-latex hand web is available for people with allergy concerns.
